Booking, Deposits & Payment
Treatments and consultations are by appointment only, walk-ins are not possible.
Please book through the Glowday website and adhere to their terms and conditions
Please give at least 48 hours notice to rearrange/cancel your appointment. If you do not give 48 hours notice, you will be subjected to a charge of 10% of the treatment you booked in for.
If you do not attend your appointment and I have not received prior warning, you will lose 15% of the value of the treatment you booked for.
If you do not attend your appointment, any promotions or discounts will be void.
Botulinum toxin reviews are complimentary, so rearranging with less than 24 hours notice is not possible, and unless I can fit you in again within the 4 weeks of original treatment, the review will be lost
If you are running late for an appointment, please contact me ASAP unless it is unsafe to do so I.e. you are driving.
Payment of treatments/services must be made when treatment commences on the day. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to pay before you have your treatment.
Payment can be made via the Glowday website, bank transfer, gift card, cash or debit/credit card. Cheques will not be accepted.
I reserve the right to vary my prices.
You are responsible for paying for your treatment in full, you also consent when accepting these terms and conditions, for the release and distribution of information from your records held to pursue non-payment of treatment to relevant authorities including police, court officials, lawyers and financial institutions I have business with. Should you not pay for a treatment or raise a charge-back, I will pursue non-payment via police and court systems.
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All products are sourced from genuine suppliers and must be paid for. Like in any employment, my time, expenses and skill must be paid for. If you are unhappy with your treatment let me know so I can try to rectify the issue.
Please ensure your expectations are realistic. A number of treatments may be required over a period of time to achieve your desired result.
Treatment:
I reserve the right to discontinue treatment if you are deemed unsuitable, or if I cannot be sure that future treatments will help to improve your physical/mental wellbeing
Appointments are for you only, any advice cannot be given to anyone else without them having a consultation with me themselves
I will provide you with both pre-treatment and aftercare advice, it is your responsibility to have read, understood and carry out this

If you do not follow this advice, I cannot be help responsible for adverse consequences
Consent forms:
You will be asked to complete a consent form prior to every treatment, please complete it truthfully and accurately.
If you withhold medical information, I cannot be held responsible for adverse consequences
It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your medical history
During your consultation/appointment, we will discuss your ideas, concerns and expectations and ensure the are achievable and realistic
Under 18’s:
In line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Bill 2019-2021, patients must be 18 or over to come to the clinic, either for treatments or accompanying another patient
Parental consent does not alter this
Any patient under 18 expecting treatment will be turned away
I reserve the right to ask to see proof of age
Please do not bring children to any appointments
Photographs:
It is an insurance requirement that I have photographic evidence of treatment provided, however, I will not share these pictures without your consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time
Social Media
You agree that you grant me the right to use images/content/your handles which you have used to mention me on my website/social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
I reserve the right to use and combine your content with no obligation
You agree that you own your posted content and that it does not violate/infringe on the rights of any third party, and that you have permission to use/appear in the content
Behaviour:
I understand that having a treatment can be an emotional time, but please keep your behaviour respectful at all times when communicating with me/potentially other patients
Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated either in person, on the phone, via email,, private message, or social media
I have the right to work without fear of aggression, verbal abuse, violence, ridicule or threat
Should a circumstance occur, appropriate action will be taken
